To me this looks like a fairly normal boot, starting Bluetooth and Mullvad VPN.
It looks like the boot completed and it's trying to get rid of plymouth to show a login screen.
Is it stuck on this screen, or is it fine now?
still stuck
and tty wont open
did you install a greeter? I think its SDDM on KDE right?
If KDE is installed, wouldn't SDDM be installed by default?
Unless they've done something to it
Have you configured SDDM at all / have you removed sddm?
Please follow the Standard Litany when asking a question:
• What was your environment? What was your operating system, configuration?
• What did you do? What did you run or test? Where?
• What actually happened? What were the exact results, complete log contents, exact error messages?
• What did you expect? What were you aiming to achieve? What result were you looking for?
Vague or superficial questions will yield vague or superficial answers. False information leads to false solutions.
yes uts installled
do i need an sddm for tty to open
also when i edit the boot on grub to nomode=0 it actually opens
A TTY does or your display manager does?
