My new PC came with the pictured dongle device to serve as both the dedicated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connector. Its "Driver Free" feature does not work on Arch.

I found this driver for it, but it seems to be supported up to version 5.0 of the kernel and I run 6.16: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/rtl8821cu-dkms-git
Is there a way to force it to do its job?
oh yeah, the driver seems to have been successfully added too, but it doesn't do anything
I especially need Bluetooth to have access to audio

well matter of fact is that when it's plugged into any of the USB ports, my system seems have neither Bluetooth nor Wi-Fi available
but if it's supposed to have drivers by default then this is even weirder
and there's probably something else going on, something I'm not knowledgeable enough to navigate
