[SOLVED] error: failed to synchronize all databases (unable to lock database)

I was upgrading my EOS machine until my screen suddenly froze up, i tried to use my mouse and keyboard, no response from both, so i force shutdown my machine and now when i try to run sudo pacman -Syu i receive "error: failed to synchronize all databases (unable to lock database) ", plus when i try "yay" it says there might be pacman instances running, and it checks on some "/db.lock thing"

I did the command, and now my system returned no issue, fuser returns no db.lck after removal

Did my stuff upgraded or something else happened?

now you can upgrade

do pacman -Syu
