(KDE X11) New to Linux and Steam has slow download speeds that the 'steam_dev.cfg' fix doesn't

Native install of Steam for support sake. The absolute highest I've seen it hit is 127.X Mbps and after a while of running a download it will drop down to 75-6Mbps. My steam_dev.cfg is attached as well

I have an NVIDIA card and prior to installing Linux I used digital vibrance which I've only seen fixes for on X11 or Hyprland. Either way I'm positive my problem isn't to do with that as I used Wayland to start with and still had the same issue

Update: A user on Reddit recommended updating my mirrors which I did with thissudo reflector --country Australia --latest 5 --protocol http --protocol https --sort rate --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist This helped with stability however didn't bump my download speed up

updating your mirrors is something you do every X time

Final Update: It was just a Steam server error and changing to a different one in my country fixed it
