so uhh i might have ROYALLY skrewed up
I tried to create a dual boot from my linux
and installed windows through a non usb way cuz im lazy (not so smart of an idea) now ive accidentally in the windows boot screen formatted my whole linux drive that included (you guessed it) important windows files so now idk if my pc is skrewed or not but theres no device drivers found, I think that all i need is a bootable usb drive but i also might be wrong

If you formatted the drive then its not really recoverable.
You'll have to reinstall whatever you had on that drive

If on your linux drive there were important files for you, you can try to use a tool named photorec to recover everything you deleted when formatting the disk (only if your linux wasn’t encrypted)
But then you’ll have to search for the good files as none of the files will have their old names
