#GPG + PASS as main password manager

Hi, everyone.

While I was studying I discovered pass and I really liked it, and because I was already thinking about moving from 1password I decided to give it a chance.
It has been working flawlessly since I started using it, and I already learned most of the things needed to make it work, but i have one issue: I need a way to make it work when I'm on my phone for when I'm not home and i need to access something.
What alternatives do I have?

Thank you.

Get yourself a cheap Raspi

With proper security management, it would be easy to do so

#

The guide from github.io goes through all checks

Is there a way to have it stored locally and just sync with raspberry?

I'm not sure if relying on internet access full time is a good idea in my case.

Your first post suggests a 24/7 open selfhosted micro server

Well that might be a solution, yes.

I'm just wondering if there are better alternatives. I know there was an Android app called pass stored that was discontinued that would work as well

You could go with Keepass2Android and sync to your Keepass locally with a local webdav on your home network with closed ports

That sounds promising. I'll check it out.

Do you know if I can access a home server through ssh from Android easily?

Keepass2Android has a ssh connector
