You can put many iso like mint, ubuntu, windows, arch, then simply pick which you wanna boot from. Makes USB much easier and managable.

If you wanna get rid of ventoy use gparted delete the partition and reformat to like ntfs or etx4 or wtv you want.

just format it via your favorite disk imager ie gnome-disks

It does the same thing kinda...
Also no need to install an AUR package for a one time use. The ventoy archive/executable is a bit cleaner imo. 
But chances are OP will format his disk anyways so again, same result.

Then when you boot pick the USB key, it'll be called ventoy. Then you will be able to select archiso and boot into the liveUSB installer and install arch.
