I was tinkering around with lxqt-policykit-agent and virt-manager and now my root password has changed automatically . I am not able to do anything that involves a sudo. What more info should i provide ?

when sudo just decides to not accept a 10000000% correct password

That's true, but it doesn't apply. It also happened to me and I almost never mistype my sudo password, and even when I do, never three times in a row. And when it happens, it doesn't fix itself after 10 minutes

That's what I'm trying to say, when it happened to me, I was in doubt and executed the exact same command, which didn't fix it, I had to reboot
So that's why I think it's a bug
