I have a crash I have been told my been told that the best place would be upstream kernel/firmware related. Im not sure the driver causing the issues tho or where to even report it.

We basically use upstream with default drivers, you could try our gitlab, but most likely this will be upstream kernel/firmware related and you'll get the best feedback there.
