Try mounting it manually from the terminal

run0 mount /dev/nvme1n1p3 /mnt/your_dir

oh okay yeah that worked

do you think there would be any issues if I booted into windows without manually unmounting or something? or will it do that when i shutdown

Be sure to disable fast startup
