When turning on my HP laptop if I don’t click F9 it will state “No bootable image found, notebook will be shutdown” (image below) when I click F9 it tells me the drive is locked and asks me if I want to unlock it, I click yes the have to navigate to my grub boot file. How do I make it skip to the login

#

Also when I finally open arch I have to put in a password to unlock my partition then log into my own account can I skip this?
