Also when I finally open arch I have to put in a password to unlock my partition then log into my own account can I skip this?

There is no way a Youtube guide is exactly the same as the wiki. There are several decision points when one install in accordance with the wiki. At its extreme best, a video might represent one correct installation based upon one set of decisions for a particular machine at the time the video was made. the correct way is the wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Installation_guide
I know the password and everything, like arch works it’s just these 2 extra steps I want to see if I can avoid
