I'm struggling similarly, also on 25.01.01, on an ASRock wrx90 with threadripper pro, Nvidia GPU. Similar behavior, I select the installer (with or without speech) and my machine dumps a few lines of dmesg spew and then reboots. I'll make a separate thread, but I think it might be related.

FYI, @timber bluff , I added nomodeset to my bootloader config for the installer, worked a treat. Might be worth a shot for your issue.
