Ok, I can login now. I've changed nothing, but it partially fixed itself, since the error is still out there.

Alrighty! Here's my long-awaited answer.
The whole time it was issue with old hdd - my secondary that decided to take itself out. Thankfully hard drives are making sounds and this one was making it synced with error appearance.
