this issue seems to be unrelated to proton as a whole, as this happens with the native games AND proton games
yes i tested with windows exclusive games (proton)
i made sure to get the 32 bit drivers (proprietary nvidia)
only issue i guess i could think of is fonts and or file formatting
but file formatting as previously mentioned didn't seem to impact you

your pc should be 64 bit

though i made sure to go reinstall from the arch page too,
