Linux is famouse for its "security" where is the security channel? Where we can talk how to keep system secure, and stuff related to security... Ports? AV? Etc etc Debate!

Is my system safe? OFC i run arch... But i have installed 100000 packages that i dont use...

I worry such a channel would get very bogged down in the 'why' rather than the 'how'

Someone pretty smart once wrote "Security is like driving on a highway; Anyone going slower than you is an idiot, while anyone going faster than you is a crazy person"
I think it was in the Linux security checklist but can't really remember sorry

just by nature of it being in discord, we've already alienated the more paranoid that simply avoided the proprietary service and hang out in irc/xmpp/matrix instead
