#I had a system-wide crash, how can I find why it happened..

I have a laptop where I installed Linux, previously I had Windows but had to send my laptop for warranty since there was a loose piece inside. They replaced the main board and now if I stress the CPU, I get a system-wide crash, this means I cannot play any game at all that is CPU intensive and maybe even GPU intensive or I get a system-wide crash.
Even using Windows for just a little bit can be enough for my system to just die and I get a bsod, I have the journalctl from a previous crash and I can probably just trigger another one if I so desire, is there a way I can find out why linux crashed? (I don't really want to go back to windows)

I would really appreciate an early response even if I don't anticipate such a thing. if needed I can provide journalctl output for the crash I previously had.
Thanks for reading..

And also, when I get such a crash I cannot use Control + Alt + F1 to switch to CLI.

I'd say they messed up the replacement. This means your cpu is faulty. Pursue the repair shop

I haven't really touched my laptop.. mostly because I only use it when outside of my house, and I have been home most of the time since this post, but anyway, I haven't sent the laptop for warranty yet.. it's not a repair shop.. but I just wanted to make sure I could confirm that it is a hardware issue... I mean it kind of checks some of the symptoms of such, but I just am not sure..

every single time I get a crash, most of the time I see this line:
Jun 27 14:30:11 jadtop kernel: BUG: unable to handle page fault for address: 0000000000004e7b
and the value is always somehow different..
