Okay

#

Install the packages: nvidia-beta-dkms (AUR), nvidia-utils-beta (AUR), and lib32-nvidia-utils-beta (AUR)

#

These install the 555 Nvidia driver

#

And it solves most problems with implicit vs explicit sync
