I have to wait a certain time before I can use the terminal. Error: i/o timeout error appears. This happens in the Linux console and VS Code terminal, but not in Kitty terminal. I would appreciate advice on how to deal with this problem.

are u accessing some usb, or external media?

dmesg output does not change when I start vs code and error appears

I dont know in what way the vs code terminal is launched

or rather in what way the kitty terminal is different than the linux and vs code console

I detached the cd drive and problem persists so its not that one

btw the error is also present in xterm

I guess only kitty is not affected

I removed all drives aside from ssd that has the OS on it and issue still persists
