I’ve rebooted but it takes me back to root fs in arch
@cloud widget it says this when I write exit
@cloud widget reboot into the usb
How
@cloud widget enter your bios
Check DMs
@cloud widget reboot and press del or esc or f12
OKAY it took me to boot manager
It says “EFI usb device”
That’s all it says
photo please
is that the usb you used to install arch?
@serene dust yes, iso was flashed improperly I think, look at UUID of devs. His /etc/fstab was empty. No way to flash a new iso. Going to try and manually echo > /etc/fstab lol but idk if it’s gonna work. You’re more than welcome to offer a suggestion
ohh, he is trying to boot in the iso
not sure, but ig something is wrong with the latest iso
There are some reports like this
@serene dust yeah i see a lot of people with the same issue, writing the date/time to the uuid on the archinstaller
i am really not doing a good job of articulating myself
Yes
this image seems like you are trying to boot in your iso itself
I know I mentioned that someone from this server recommended for me to delete my other operating systems and files to boot arch Linux
So I don’t really have any other os than arch currently
what
so you don't have arch installed, that only the arch liveusb ? right?
Yeah
Yeah I got asked to delete the others
who told you that?
I have seen @cloud widget helping about this kind of arch-iso issue
