#PC crashed during update

Uh... Big problem, while updating the system my PC crashed (was just browsing on firefox nothing heavy). And now can't boot, I put my arch USB and tried to chroot says "failed to run command '/bin/bash': Input/output error" I ran fsck -f on my linux filesystem partition and it was fine. But when I ran it on my boot partition it said

There are differences between boot sector and it's backup. This is mostly harmless. Differences: (offset:original/backup) 65:01/00

  1. Copy original to backup
  2. Copy backup to original
  3. No action

So of course I said 3, then it said

Dirty bit is set. Fs was not properly unmounted and some data may be corrupt.

  1. remove dirty bit
  2. No action

Oh... Forgot, after fsck -f finished it then outputted:

/dev/"partName": 3 files, 38/140520 clusters

3 files isn't the entire boot is it...?

Some more info, I had both Linux and linux-zen kernels and they both didn't boot the system

admittedly I don't entirely know what to do with it. But I figured that it would be a good place to start. Since it I think gets a foot in the door

I'm sure the answer is in that thread. But I don't know exactly what it is.
