And you are editing the file as root, or with sudo?

You cant edit files outside of your home directory without root access

and In boot>loader>entries, i can see only Linux-zen, it is normal? 🧐
Not sure. I know that grub2 automatically generates the boot entries for you upon kernel installation. Wether or not systemd-boot does that, I do not know
