I don't think so no
loopback analog stereo implies the device is outputting to itself
It doesn't have any other options when I click on it
do you have anything on the configuration tab?
my built in audio is set to analog stereo duplex, because i have two speakers and a stereo mic in my laptop, and they all are analog
if i switch it to hdmi, it starts trying to output to displayport
It doesn't let me scrnsht, it basically only has a bajillion of "analog stereo ..." and "analog surround ..."
pick analog stereo duplex and try your sound stuff again
It was already picked
and it did not work?
hm
does your device have a dedicated sound card of some sort
like a DAC or something
Idk I don't think so. It was working last time I opened my pc
About 3 days ago I think
don't you need wireplumber for actually detecting hardware changes ??
might be the case, try installing it
I already have it

actually, is that the only device you see?
Yes
and how exactly is your device connected to your headphones
what even is your device
I have a pc unit. It's connected via audio jack. I tested both the front I/O and the one on the back and neither work.
pc
The audio works fine on windows btw so it's def not the sound card's fault.
are you using the one in ur mb?
In my what?
motherboard
Oh yeah
