Hey guys. I finally installed arch several months of using windows, and because i bought new GPU - GTX 970, instead of HD 6850.

  1. If computer goes sleep mode, after waking up i have black screen. Just black screen. I can switch to other ttys easily tho
  2. Whats the best driver for this GPU? Im using nvidia proprietary driver right now, and KDE lags really hard on every window related animation, but windows works really fast, without lags

@swift nimbus say how you fixed it

I just went to Wayland, because was using X11. If you have nvidia gpu, and wayland is not starting up, you should set nvidia drm parameter in bootloader, and everything should work.

(i just tested, and when my computer wakes up, it forgets to enable monitor-_-)
