Installing non-AUR python packages

I'm trying to use the kdenlive auto subtitle feature but it requires python libraries that aren't on the aur. What do I do?

it requires srt which is available under python-srt but that depends on python-hypothesis which is 404 on every mirror I've tried

optionally, it requires openai-whisper, which isn't on the AUR at all
