Are you trying to format while the drive being mounted?
you mean i had to do swapoff cmd before doing the install?
or if thtas the case, what should i do?

I think you should try turning off the swap partition!
and then just doing archinstall without swap?
will dualboot work then?

I don't have that much experience with dual-booting and install scripts.

ok i really don't know whats wrong now, i tried restarting arch on usb and doing it all again from tut it still gives me an error.

A video of Dual Booting Windows 10 and Arch linux but installing Arch Linux using built in install script "archinstall". Using the archinstall, you dont have to install arch in the old fashion "arch way"
