#Trying to use fprintd but it doesn't seem to work

I tried using fprintd to make use of the finger print scanner in my laptop a few months, but the device was not bieng detected. Today when I tried today it started detecting my laptop's fprint scanner. But whenever I try to scroll it just says Enroll result: enroll-disconnected after a few Enroll result: enroll-swipe-too-short and one Enroll result: enroll-stage-passed. Whenever I try to swipe the scanner it just says disconnected. Idk what to do and I dont know if it will even work. Please help.

Idk what sensor my laptop has... but its a Lenovo ThinkBook 15 and this what it shows on fprintd ElanTech Fingerprint Sensor. Thanks in advance

So some edition of Lenovo ThinkBook 15 is listed for unsupported devices... but how the hell it doesnt recongnise the scanner and pass two enrollment stages
