SOLVED Screen Tearing? I have no clue what this could be.

What is my environment? I am using Arch Linux, the LTS Kernel, with Qtile WM
• What did I do? I am just watching YouTube on the latest Firefox browser. Sometimes, when I play Minecraft using the Minecraft AUR launcher, it happens as well when I'm just walking or making movements in the game.
• What happened? I still don't know if it is screen tearing or a driver issue (I am using AMD ATI Lucienne GPU)
• What did I expect? Not to have this weird line glitching happen.

Same issue, I switched to the official launcher since I thought it would help

Even if it did, I have the problem on firefox as well watching some videos
