tl;dr - looking for suggestions on a wayland non-tiling WM.

I just got a new laptop and I'm about to install arch on it. Previously I've used either KDE plasma or gnome. With plasma on one of my more recent installs I messed around with customizing the DE and trying to make it as functional as possible while looking good. Since then I've realized that plasma is a bit heavy and window managers give more customization options. I've been looking at a few options for wayland, this is what I have so far:
WM - Wayfire or Labwc
Taskbar - waybar, sfwbar, or wayfire's built in taskbar
FM - SpaceFM

Has anyone else experimented with non-tiling WMs in wayland and does anyone have suggestions?
