[Solved] Starting mcontrolcenter using hyprland - `exec-once` but dosen't show up in tray.

As can be seen in the screenshot, the blue computer icon is mcontrolcenter.

In hyprland i use exec-once = mcontrolcenter command to start, it shows up in btop but dosen't in tray.

also if i start it from terminal using mcontrolcenter or from rofi - it works perfectly.

does it mean i have to delay the start and not use hyprland config to autostart?

I'm not 100% sure, but what if you exec-once = sleep 5 && mcontrolcenter?

I'm betting it was loading before your waybar was. So by making it wait, your bar loads in first and it doesn't lose the race condition.
