Mirror help (Reflector failure) [SOLVED]

I am trying to install xorg package i get the outdated mirror problem, so i tried installing reflector to fix it but while installing reflector i get the same outdated problem what else may i do ?

Or is it fresh?

its fixed though i just reinstalled it
