the disk has 2 partitions sdd1 sdd2 one has the installation and one have the arch installed how do i make it bootable arch insttallation usb again and not the os

use another device to flash the iso to it again

if you installed arch on the usb then your windows should still be in working order

I'm not 100% sure but I think you can just use the Arch-installed-usb to install Arch on your pc again

yea unless you forgot to install network manager etc I think OP can just get that and start from there
