check if /etc/mkinitcpio.conf

has the btrfs module

MODULES=(btrfs)

btrfs should be one of the modules you are loading

just add in btrfs

#

then remake the initcpio

sudo mkinitcpio -P

#

make sure you save btw

after you added btrfs inside the MODULES=() part
