Hello. I am trying to connect two different displays to my laptop that has only one HDMI port, driven by Nvidia card. I want to be able to get different images on each.

What should I do to achieve that?

Laptop model: Acer Helios Predator 300 PH315-51-58AX
Desktop environment: i3-gaps
Linux kernel: 6.4.6.arch1-1

Additional considerations:

I tried USB->HDMI adapters to no avail.

Cheapest would be usb to hdmi adapter for second monitor

I tried like three kinds of those and neither of them had kernel modules. Had to return them.

Try an HDMI splitter
