Im getting this error when flashing arch iso using etcher, im not sure what does this mean... tried searching as well

It's not the same thing as polkit itself

Isnt libpolkit-agent-1-0 the polkit agent?

And about ventoy, I am unable to boot using ventoy... It says no uefi image error

You're downloading the ISO from https://archinux.org/download, right?
