#Ban people who make/work on cheating/bot script projects for games

I have a few concerns:

  • Why? Those people haven't broken any of our or Discord's rules yet on our server so why should they be banned?
  • How? We'd have to manually check every single user who joins' linked GitHub pages to see if they've done so, which is infeasible.
  • Who? Who is going to recognise some person as having worked on such a project? I think very few, if any at all, will.
  • What? What does that have to do with ruining the reputation of Linux? To me, it just seems like someone who works on those kinds of projects happens to use Linux. I don't see the causation.

Besides that, I think cheaters are going to get a good taste of punishment with a new kicking script in TF2 that might get released.
