the time IS correct unfortunately
don’t know what ntp is but i’ll try when i reach my laptop
network time protocol. if setting automatic time from gui is not working i thought you can try restarting the service to sync time.

see if the command has some flag like --verbose. might give more insights into issue.

different issue than yours but sometimes when I had connection issues with openvpn (protonvpn probably also uses openvpn) killing and restarting networkmanager solved my issue
maybe it'll help?
right i switched to kde and it worked
gnome keyring issue
now i have el stick with kde ffs
