forcing pipewire webrtc capturer with electron/chrome flags doesn't help either, it crashes discord when you try to screenshare

if you do systemctl --user status pipewire.service wireplumber.service xdg-desktop-portal.service plasma-xdg-desktop-portal-kde.service you should see that all four of them are running
