I have tried clonezilla and that didn't work. Did it twice and it would only boot into my SSD not my NVME.
I just tried going the GParted route following this

It also didn't work. It does show my Windows Boot entry in my bios but now neither my SSD of NVME eOS entry show
Can someone help me? Do i have to re copy everything again or is this something i can solve by editing something?

I still find this odd. I already cloned several times with it and worked fine. ofc do backups just in case.

Rerun genfstab like you did when you originally installed. Make sure to remove the old entries.

ls -l /dev/disk/by-uuid/ and it lists my UUID for the disks
Checked grub.cfg and fstab and they're all correct

Your user configs? Just copy your home folder to the new installation.

Yeah like apps installed, cache and configs for games, apps, etc so i don't have to go about reloading everything from scratch

I know it's trivial but it takes time
Lutris has my games configured and prefixes saved

Keeping the apps installed will require you to reinstall them all. All your user stuff is in your home folder, so just copying that should keep all user data.
