been having issues updating system coz of gpg, and i tried uninstalling a dependency that uninstalled pacman, whoops.
how can i install it back?

hehe i just reinstalled everything. not worth it getting it back

you need to install a lot of dev tools that techinically aren't dependencies, which you'll find you need only when you actually need it.
