ArchInstall has issues frequently. Try installing manually and ask for help if you need any.

You could also install EndevourOS if you want an installer.

i had this error too and somehow bypassed it, here's how i've done it
• reboot to arch live iso
• not update archinstall, but fix it manually (i used this advice #1097400983514009652 message)
• use archinstall, it should now work

AFAIK fix for this is already in master branch of archinstall, but not released, so you can perform a manual fix or wait for release

archinstall was never meant to be the "easy arch install" thing anyway. it is to let experienced users automate their installations.
