those packages depend on pipewire, so you need to remove them along with pipewire.
some may use pulseaudio instead of pipewire, so you could install pulseaudio beforehand if that's the case.
but why are you removing pipewire anyway?

it seems you did not install pipewire-pulse, so it makes sense that shit don't work

when i used pipewire, changing volume didn't do anything

say yes when it wants to replace stuff.

if not, do -Rnsdd to skip dependency checks

You can remove all packages that depend on a package with -Rnsc, but be careful of what packages it is removing
