I want to try Linux out since I've seen how Linux uses less than 1gb of memory on idle compared to windows taking almost half of my total memory. So I got a 128gb USB that has a 150mbs speed which I hope is enough to try Linux. Also since I play games I've seen that there's something called Proton that lets me play Steam games on Linux. Might need help with that too. Also one more thing is how to get other games like Minecraft and Roblox (Which I don't think have a Linux version) but I heard something about Wine but not really sure about that.

Can't I get arch instead?
well, if you're looking to try linux out, this is probably a better option
arch linux has a lot of issues that you'd need to figure out on your own
so, for example, you'd have to be ready to browse through this page just to get started https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/general_recommendations
I just have a friend who uses arch so I was just wondering. I can reset the USB later right?
just wanted to try get linux since my friend said he'd help after a bit to get arch
absolutely
alright
in fact, you can undo pretty much everything in linux
Rufus is fine right?
yea
i myself prefer using ventoy
it's probably easier
also um
rufus only flashes an installation iso
it's not meant for actual use & wipes the drive every time you reboot
oh so I should use etcher then
