Yeah cfdisk is an easy tui if you only have the arch installation usb

and assuming sda3 is also next to sda2 and at the end
that would mean you'll also have to move it to get the free space next to sda2

@wise iris if youre not willing to do resize2fs (filesystem resize),cfdisk (partition resize) and sfdisk (to move it)
just use gparted from the liveiso of other distros that has it since it does all that for u

the only reason i do it the cli way is because im a fucking masochist and ik what im doing

(i dont like gparted liveiso which is why i recommended distro iso that has it instead of it)

yes
because ext4 doesn't support live resize
you could do that on ntfs though

also there's not many reasons to use separate /home
