#have moderators stop "signing" their mod notes

I sometimes do this if I'm banning someone, as they can't see who, this was my way of letting living know who it was without living having to ask someone else, or make an alt etc.
This is what valk showed me when I was testing things out with my alt
It says the length of time for a mute or ban, and the reason, but not which of the mod team did anything. So if someone wanted to contact the mod that took action, or only contact a mod who didn't take action, or just have closure on knowing who did ban them etc. they can have that information. If it's just a troll I don't bother, if I talk to them first explaining I'm banning them I don't both, but with living I have been having a low energy day and I've spoken to living a ridiculous number of times about their behaviour, so I don't really know what else there was to say.

They have 2 warnings, with these notes:
1) 2022-06-07: Muted for 100 days
2) 2022-10-06: agrees not to reaction gif/meme in linux
that's true, but we don't really do it for most things anyway, is that something you want us to start doing? /genq
like I think I'm the only one to give out the notes on the agreement, so we know that's me, but the first one, I'd wager as Mu because of length, but I've seen I think all mods give out ones that just read "Muted for 100 days"
