#Delayed Shutdown HELP

Screenshot showing journalctl as I reboot / shutdown, you can see at 22:19:18 there is a long 1m29s gap, causing a delay in my poweroff / reboot. I know you can edit a config to change this timeout but I want to fix the actual problem and not just bypass the issue. I can provide more info if needed.

Specs:

Ryzen 7 3800x
RTX 3070
32GB DDR4
Latest Arch Linux updates

does it change if you boot to tty & immediately run poweroff

I'm not sure, the issue happens randomly so it's hard to test
