troubles updating archiso

Tried to pacman -Syu, a bunch of the output had weird indentation and when I tried to press enter on the confirmation to proceed it input “^M”. Can I run pacman without it confirming to proceed?

(Not marked installation cause I’m not installing)

If I could post a picture I would, my phones camera bugs out

and and written stuff isnt persistent
they are written in ram

I can’t remember; I gave up on updating so I reflashed it with the iso I had on my other laptop but It’s fucked so

I’m butt fucked. I have to go to the library because my spare laptop I use for flashing isos won’t connect to my wifi or hotspot

It’s not the newest but it’s not outdated, can’t be 2-3m old
