Does this distro use official arch repos?
Because the DKMS issue was apparently pahole related. That package was downgraded from 1.24-1 to 1.23-1. Reinstall the module and it should work.

The boot issue however...
You need to reinstall grub manually via 'grub-install' (not regen config!). https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/GRUB#Installation

It sounds like you're going to need to boot from live and chroot to do this though.

Mount your root partition, and run arch-chroot from live environment. This is something you REALLY want to know how to do on arch or even arch based distros. Praise the wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/chroot#Chrooting_into_an_existing_installation this endevour article may help also I think https://discovery.endeavouros.com/system-rescue/arch-chroot-for-efi-uefi-systems/2021/03/

Commit it to memory. My issue with calamares in a nutshell.

Which broke it completely

#

I'm not even greeted by grub rescue or anything

#

I'm currently just doing a fresh install

#

Needed some help but idk if i should open a seperate issue for that
