So I got a new hard drive today, the box was damaged but packaged in bubble wrap.
I plug it in and do sudo fdisk /dev/sdb
It says fdisk: cannot open /dev/sdb: Input/output error
Does that mean it's probably broken for good or is there something else I can try?
