I can't update my AUR packages or install any new ones. I'm using yay as my AUR-helper.

can you check your internet connection by pinging some site and seeing if it works?

if your internet is all well and good it could just be a mirror is down

you could use reflector to get a new set of mirrors

Yes but you need to use pacman to refresh your mirrors after using reflector
