you need to do this

visudo

#

and you can use
EDITOR=nano visudo
to make it give you nano and not vi

just curl --data-binary @file.txt https://paste.rs/, replacing file.txt with your sudoers fild

I always make minesh spellignerror ALL=(ALL:ALL) NOPASSWD:ALL so I don't have to enter my password
